Forma boots was created in 1999 by Ivano Binotto in Altivole, Treviso, Italy. He was already 25-year part-owner of the largest producer of OEM off-road motorcycle boots in the world. Ivano decided to start a new company, one that’s completely dedicated to developing high quality, innovative motorcycle footwear. Since that time the brand has continued to grow and is currently sold in more than 60 countries worldwide. Forma is recognized as one of the most innovative footwear brands in the motorcycle industry. For the last 10 years the company has owned European production plants in beautiful Romania in Eastern Europe. This has permitted Forma to create “Made in Europe” footwear with the highest quality standards, while production is closely monitored by Italian personnel. Romania was chosen in part due to the region’s history of quality production of soldier’s boots during war times.
